I had a decent stay at this hotel with a charming atmosphere and a great location near the Riverwalk and the Alamo. The staff was friendly and eager to help, but the service could be more consistent, especially with noise disturbances. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming, particularly during breakfast. Overall, it's a good value for money, but some areas need improvement.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was fantastic, right across from the Alamo and close to all the downtown attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth. Unfortunately, the room we ended up in felt quite cramped compared to what we had hoped for, and we faced issues with a leaking problem that wasn't properly resolved. Overall, great location and friendly service, but the room situation was disappointing.
